1. Store operator

This website is operated by Floating Hearts, Unipessoal Lda, NIPC 516411420, trading as Marhaba Super Market at Avenida António dos Santos, 1 LT, 2000-074 Santarém, Portugal.

2. Scope

These terms apply to use of the website and orders placed for delivery or store collection. By placing an order, you confirm that the supplied information is accurate and that you accept these terms.

3. Customer accounts

You are responsible for protecting your login details and for activity performed through your account. Notify us promptly if you believe your account has been used without permission.

4. Products and information

We aim to display accurate product names, descriptions, images, ingredients, allergen information, sizes and country-of-origin details. Packaging and manufacturer information may change.

Customers must check the physical product label before consumption, particularly when allergies or dietary requirements apply.

5. Prices

Prices are shown in euros. The price checked and recorded when the order is created applies, subject to correction of an obvious technical or pricing error before fulfilment.

6. Orders and acceptance

Submitting checkout details is a request to purchase products. An order is accepted only when it is confirmed for fulfilment. We may contact you if a product, address, payment preference or delivery method requires clarification.

7. Availability

Stock is revalidated during checkout. If a product becomes unavailable, we may remove it, offer a suitable substitution with your agreement, adjust the order or cancel the affected item.

8. Coupons and promotions

Coupons and offers may have validity dates, minimum spending requirements, product restrictions and usage limits. Unless expressly allowed, promotions cannot be exchanged for cash or combined with incompatible offers.

9. Delivery

Standard delivery is currently limited to supported zones around our Santarém store. The applicable fee is calculated from the delivery address and basket subtotal.

• Within 10 km: normally €5, or free from €50.
• Over 10 km to 25 km: normally €10.
• Outside 25 km: collection or direct confirmation required.

10. Store collection

Store collection is free. Customers should wait for confirmation that the order is ready and may be asked for the order number and identification when collecting.

11. Payments

Live card and PayPal payment processing is not currently enabled. Selecting one of these options during development does not mean a real payment has been collected.

These terms must be updated with the final payment and settlement procedure before the live gateway is enabled.

12. Cancellation and withdrawal

Customers may request cancellation before fulfilment, although it may not be possible after preparation, dispatch or collection. Statutory withdrawal rights apply where required by law.

Exceptions may apply to rapidly perishable goods, unsealed hygiene-sensitive goods and certain personalised products.

13. Incorrect, damaged or defective products

Contact us promptly with the order number, product details and supporting photographs where appropriate. Your statutory rights for defective or non-conforming goods are not excluded.

14. Responsible use

You must not misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, introduce malicious software, perform fraudulent transactions or interfere with the operation of the service.

15. Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. We are not responsible for losses caused by events outside our reasonable control or by incorrect customer information.

16. Complaints and applicable law

These terms are governed by Portuguese law, including mandatory consumer protections. Customers may contact the store or use the official Portuguese complaints platform where applicable.
